"I immediately liked Warren and the way he approached the initial quotation. He listened to what I wanted, considered how best to carry it out before doing the quotation. He let me know when he expected to be able to do the job, he then gave me a more precise date. When he arrived he was careful to protect my house as much as possible from the dust etc. He was meticulous at clearing up each day before he left and once the job was complete (+ a couple of other smaller jobs he offered to do while he was there) he cleaned up with great care and made sure I was happy with everything before he left.
